1. About these terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and ZUTORS LTD when you access this website or download, install, or use Mistake Hunter. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
2. Who may use Mistake Hunter
Mistake Hunter is intended for users aged 13 and over. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for you to use an app, you must have that consent.
3. Educational purpose
Mistake Hunter is a training app for observation, reasoning, language, and attention to detail. Its challenges and explanations are educational material based on standard usage and reasoning conventions. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialist advice.
4. Licence to use the app
Subject to these terms, ZUTORS LTD gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Mistake Hunter for lawful personal study on supported devices.
5. Fair use
You must not:
- redistribute the bundled challenge library as your own product;
- copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the app or website without permission;
- attempt to interfere with, damage, or misuse the app, website, or associated systems;
- remove ownership notices or misrepresent your relationship with ZUTORS LTD; or
- use the app or website in violation of applicable law.
6. Your content
Everything you type inside Mistake Hunter stays on your device. You keep any rights you have in what you write. ZUTORS LTD does not receive, store, or claim ownership over in-app answers or rewrites.
7. Ownership
Mistake Hunter, the challenge library, the website, designs, software, branding, text, and other materials supplied by ZUTORS LTD are owned by ZUTORS LTD or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Availability and updates
We may improve, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Device compatibility can change over time. We do not promise that every feature will always be available on every device.
9. Progress and backups
Mistake Hunter progress lives only on your device, and app backup is disabled. You are responsible for understanding that clearing storage or uninstalling the app removes local progress and that ZUTORS LTD cannot recover it.
10. Third-party services
The app itself makes no network requests. If you obtain it through an app store, that store’s separate terms and privacy practices apply to your use of the store. Links on this website may open your email or telephone application, which is governed by your chosen provider.
11. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZUTORS LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or loss caused by relying on educational material as professional advice. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Ending your use
You may stop using Mistake Hunter at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or restrict the licence if you materially breach these terms, subject to applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms in a future app or website version. Material changes will be brought to your attention where reasonably required. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
